This was a residential property purchased by Hollman in November of 2017. It was acquired for the purpose of minor renovation and then to be rented out as an AIRBnB rental. However, the local City Council put a measure on the ballot to disallow those rentals and it passed.

Therefore, the property was held until July of 2020 and sold at a significant profit. Residential is not the forte’ of Hollman, however, where a profit can be found, it will be considered.
